Terms of Use

1. The Interface and Protocol

1. The Interface facilitates interaction with smart contracts deployed on Gonka Chain, a blockchain network within the Cosmos ecosystem (the "Protocol").
2. The Company does not own, control, operate, or manage Gonka Chain, its validators, governance mechanisms, or consensus process.
3. The Interface is a front-end tool only and is not required to interact directly with the Protocol.
4. All transactions are executed exclusively through smart contracts on Gonka Chain and are irreversible.

2. Non-Custodial Nature

1. The Interface is non-custodial. You must connect a self-custodial wallet to use it.
2. The Company never takes custody of digital assets, private keys, seed phrases, or credentials.
3. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, approving transactions, and verifying transaction details before submission.

3. User Responsibilities

1. You are solely responsible for all activity initiated through your wallet.
2. You represent that any assets used through the Interface are legally obtained and owned by you.
3. You are responsible for evaluating the risks, merits, and suitability of any transaction.

4. Risk Disclosure

Use of the Interface involves significant risk, including the possible loss of all funds. Risks include, but are not limited to:

• Smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits
• Chain reorganizations, forks, or downtime
• Liquidity shortages, slippage, or pricing inaccuracies
• Oracle, bridge, or third-party dependency failures
• Regulatory or legal changes affecting digital assets

Digital assets are volatile and may have no guaranteed value.

5. No Warranties

1. The Interface is provided "as is" and "as available".
2. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

6. No Advice or Fiduciary Duty

1. The Interface does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
2. No fiduciary, advisory, broker, or agency relationship exists between you and the Company.
3. You should seek independent professional advice before engaging in any blockchain transaction.

7. Legal Compliance and Restrictions

1. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Interface complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Access to the Interface may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions.
3. By using the Interface, you represent that you are not prohibited from doing so under applicable laws.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior
• Manipulate prices, liquidity, or protocol mechanisms
• Use the Interface for money laundering or sanctions evasion
• Misrepresent identity, location, or intent
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Interface or Protocol

9. Fees and Transactions

1. The Company does not set protocol-level fees.
2. Network fees and protocol fees may apply and are paid directly on-chain.
3. All blockchain transactions are final and non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Loss of digital assets
• Failed, delayed, or incorrect transactions
• Smart contract or network failures
• Third-party service failures
• Regulatory or tax consequences

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Interface or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

1. We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Continued use of the Interface constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Systematic Alpha Capital LTD, without regard to conflict of law principles.
